A question...

Hi all, I had something strange happen to me last night. I was sitting up in bed reading a book and got a nudge to listen to Remko Arentz's track called "Soul". I put my eye mask on, turned on the music and boom, I immediately felt pressure in the front part of my head. It was almost painful, but I could tolerate it. There was a lot of flickering lights in my minds vision, like a lightening storm, my body was going into periodic shakes, my teeth chattered a little bit, then it settled down and I had occasional shakes through my body. Once it subsided, I had to lie down. I was exhausted but couldn't sleep. What do you think that was? I've had something similar occur a while ago and someone thought it might be a download or a release. It sometimes feels alarming, because it's the unknown, but I try to relax and surrender to it.
