As we’re heading towards Christmas, I’m thinking we could have one simple session focused on protection and then go straight into more practice. (I promise I’ll talk less this time😁) Or, if you prefer, we can skip this and continue after Christmas. If we don’t get at least 6 people, I’ll have to move it to after Christmas, so please vote if you’re happy to join. I’m also considering keeping the sessions in the evening so people from the USA can join as well. Let me know your thoughts on that.Please remember that the time you see is in the UK time zone, so make sure to calculate it for your area.

Thank you, Olga, for another wonderful live session. I loved learning about the elements, and it's sparked my curiosity to want to know more about them! I especially loved the channelled connection at the end of the session, I felt so connected with the others :)

I have just completed the tree spirit connection exercise and all I can say is wow! I became very emotional and had intense feelings of self-love during this meditation, and my tree spirit had a very motherly, loving-kindness energy. The backing track was absolutely perfect and I loved the magical sound effects, it really helped me to visualise. Thank you, Olga, your meditations are like no other - absolutely wonderful
