Intuition vs trigger or shadow vs external negative energy manipulation

I am just wondering if there is any guidance on what is intuition vs what is trigger or shadow? Or something external like negative energy or forces. A few things have come up recently that could be either or all 3 🤣 trying to journal, release, cleanse and understand what is going on, just wondered if anybody has encountered something similar on their journey 🙏🌌 love and light ❤️🕯️

Trusting my intuition has always been a big thing, I haven't in the past when I should have. But now I find I worry about not trusting it 🤣 recent events have transpired that am just trying to understand in some form. I suppose it will all become apparent in time, trying to trust the process 🙏🌌
