3rd Eye

Hi everyone, I wanted to share something with you. I meditated today, and after just a few deep breaths, my third eye opened. As usual, I saw different colors, shapes, faces of people I didn't know, and individual eyes. I also heard different frequencies, which were particularly loud today, and I asked to connect with them. During the meditation, the thought came to me to open my eyes, and I did. Everything I had seen with my eyes closed, I now saw with my eyes open, and it was much more intense than before. My room was shrouded in mist, and the colors came towards me as if I were merging with them. I lay there motionless and without a thought. How is it possible that my third eye also opened when my other eyes were open, and that this state lasted for about 20 minutes? Has anyone else experienced something similar?
