The Lighthouse and the Storm: Finding Peace Within
There is absolutely no shame in letting yourself get swept up by the storm. As a lighthouse, you stand there watching the tempest rage. Often, it feels as though your own light is blurring, tangling, and dissolving into the crashing waves. And it’s not just a passing thought—in those moments, you are absolutely convinced that you are losing yourself to the chaos. When the storm takes over my own body, I have a three-step anchor that I recommend to anyone, because it is exactly what I do myself: - Patience: I take two or three steps back from the storm. I give myself permission to just pause and observe. - Breath: I begin to take deep breaths. With every single exhale, my intention isn't necessarily to force the storm to quiet down, but to breathe more and more light directly into those turbulent waves. - Prayer: I pray to the Source of Love. As a light, I am a part of that Source. So, as this single lighthouse, I pray to the One who created light itself, asking for a recharge, for that divine power to replenish me. And then, I lay my head down to sleep. But if sleep won't come, I simply sit there in the midst of the storm, holding onto one comforting truth: I am not the only lighthouse in this world, I am a part of al the Infinite Light. Intention for Today "As I observe and feel the storm within me, I allow the light of love to take care of me, and I let it in."

Be Your Own Electrician! ⚡️
Good morning, Lighthouses! 🌊 Do you ever have trouble "booting up" in the morning? Instead of hitting snooze or instantly scrolling through your phone, let’s do a little "light switching." And don't worry – this is NOT another rigid meditation. You don't have to sit in a lotus position and clear your mind. How to do it? Complete freedom: - You can still be lying in bed under your duvet. - You can sit with a mug of coffee. - Heck, you can even do squats at the same time if you feel like it! Your task for today: Imagine or that you have a lighthouse inside your heart space/belly. If it's barely glowing today – that is completely okay. Take your mind to the seashore for a moment, feel that open space, and take 10 deep breaths. Just like an electrician, before you can fix anything, change a bulb, or install a new system, you first have to show up for work. That’s your only job today: just show up for yourself. Flip the switch by setting the intention: "I allow myself to turn on my light today." Repeat couple times. That's it.The intention has been set.Your light has been activated. You can say it again throughout the day. Who is turning on their spotlights today? Let me know in the comments!
The light of a lighthouse defines the darkness. ⚓✨
Have you ever noticed that the moment you consciously choose to shine your light, your deepest fears suddenly start screaming the loudest? This isn’t a mistake. It’s the physics of transformation. 🌀 When a powerful beam of light from a lighthouse pierces through the dark to show the way, whatever remains unlit seems even darker. Your fears aren't getting stronger; they are just getting louder because you're finally bringing them into awareness. Choosing the light is a path we all must walk. When you feel that inner resistance, when fear speaks up in your body, pause and declare: I choose light. These are the moments to ground yourself, breathe, and simply sit through the discomfort. I usually do this practie early in the morning before anyone wakes up or late at night. No rush, just set the time frame, say 10 minutes for the practice. As painful as it might feel, remember: you ARE the light. Fear cannot extinguish you; it only shows you where your light needs to look next. Set this intention with me today: "The fear I feel is a natural part of integrating the light within me. My intention is to bring even more light into my fear. I trust, and I am safe." Drop a ✨ in the comments if this resonates with your journey today.

Welcome to LH Crew.
A lighthouse doesn’t search for light, it holds it. And so are you. No dogma, just a safe harbour to rediscover your light.
