Alright. Day 1 back on track after my vacation week.
I started this morning with my protein coffee. 30g of protein before I even think about eating. That's the move.
Here's what I know after years of doing this wrong and finally doing it right: most women over 40 are eating half the protein their body actually needs. Then they wonder why they're tired by 2pm, craving sugar after dinner, and losing muscle no matter what they do.
Protein changed everything for me. Not a diet. Not restriction. Just giving my body what it's actually asking for.
So here's my challenge for the community this week:
Post a photo of one meal today and tell me how much protein is in it.
Don't know how much protein? Even better. Post it anyway and I'll help you figure it out. That's literally what I'm here for.
I'll go first. ☕👇
