On waking:
First thing, I take a pinch of Celtic sea salt in around 200ml of water.
After that, another 200ml of water with NMN.
Then Perfect Aminos in roughly 350ml of water.
Before anything else ramps up, I use a hard ball under my feet, rolling slowly to loosen the fascia.There are a lot of benefits to this which I’ll go into those properly another time.
I then spend around 12 minutes on mobility, mainly focusing on:
- hips
- back
- shoulders
- calves
- hamstrings
- ankles
Nothing extreme. Just preparing the body to move well.
I finish by going outside for a few minutes with my feet on the grass while drinking fresh ginger, turmeric, black pepper, and hot water.
This isn’t about chasing energy.
It’s about setting the system up properly so the rest of the day runs smoother.
(Don’t forget to brush your teeth before swallowing any water - the mouth gathers plenty of bacteria through the night that will be resting nicely within! Swallowing it isn’t great for your gut!)
