spent 5 years on Skool... only recently did it click
I've been on Skool for five years now.
Five years of building, tweaking, testing, breaking things, rebuilding things...
And honestly?
It took me almost all of that time to figure out something embarrassingly simple.
My business only needs to do four things.
That's it.
✅ Get leads every day.
✅ Get customers every week.
✅ Get clients every month.
✅ Deliver epic results for those clients.
That's... the whole thing.
And each one just needs a simple system to support it.
❌ Not a funnel stack.
❌ Not 11 tools duct-taped together.
❌ Not a Notion workspace with 117 pages of "strategy."
Just... one system.
For each thing.
When I finally saw it that clearly, I started deleting stuff.
Canceling subscriptions.
Killing workflows.
Stopping activities that felt productive but didn't actually connect to one of those four things.
It was terrifying for about a day.
Then it was the most free I've felt in years.
Here's the wild part...
Only NOW ... after five years ...

All of it.
