💎 KNOWLEDGE WITHOUT MASSIVE ACTION IS USELESS.

Going through the initial training in the classroom has made me realize that I'm still holding myself back. My formal education is in exercise science, while my career is in digital marketing. Life is funny that way; you don't always end up where you think you're going. Long story short, after college, I worked as a personal trainer, opened a training studio (with a partner), met a girl, got married, had a kid, the usual. Along the way, I had to close the studio due to unforeseen circumstances and returned to a sales job, which eventually led to selling advertising. Made the pivot into actually running the digital marketing department and ultimately found my current gig. One important detail: after leaving the fitness industry and focusing on life, I gained a significant amount of weight. Once our son arrived, I knew I needed to reinvent myself to set the right example. Over the last 20 months - complete transformation, and now I'm in the best shape of my life - better than my athlete days in HS.

I am physically living proof of the title of this thread.

I've dipped my toe in the water of a few of these coaching communities, and none of them compares to this one. Command action from those that you coach. Their success depends on it.

Now, I've been in this group for like 2 weeks, and for some reason I sat on the sidelines "absorbing" and not "acting". That ends now.

If you learn anything here, learn to take action (immediate and massive action) on the material. You'll be glad you did.
