I need help please

Quick question please that I would love to help with. I have just recently opened my Skool community, and one woman said she could not post a bio, another woman said she could not even join Skool (system would not confirm it) and another said she could not post her profile pic. Does anyone know how I fix these issues? They are not major, but frustrating enough for new members, or ones that may want to join but for some reason can’t get in. Thanks.
