I watched about 3 hours of his 9-hour mega book launch. (and a bit this morning too)
Got Chills. Even teared up when he stacked the value he was giving away for free.
The Dude gives so hard. 😍
But I hit a moment mid-stream
Finger on the checkout button
and then I paused.
And thought to myself...
this is so much.
Maybe too much, honestly.
I know that I could spend the next year just studying the money models book & VIP Bonuses I purchased
Along with all the free content he just dropped in Skool.
Hormozi’s stuff is world-class.
I’ve also had the privilege of learning from him twice in person at the Skool games and then for 100 Days inside of his 100 Challenge.
I placed 11th out of the top 100 communities on skool.
I added an EXTRA $116,000 of NEW Revenue in 3 months leveraging what he taught. (See image below)
That experience shaped my approach to Skool.
It gave me what I needed…
and helped me see what I didn’t.
(even though that took me 9 months to figure out)
His books and playbooks are some of the best in the world.
(So good I even still have 15 $100M Leads books on my book shelf … anyone want one?)
But you have to understand ...
He works with many many different businesses,
in many different niches and helps them all scale to 8 figures.
His company only looks at businesses doing a minimum of $3M a year.
If you are trying to build a lean 7-figure lifestyle Coaching / Consulting or Course business
you don’t need 95% of the EXTRA content he is selling... Yet.
And the stuff that is relevant for you, he typically gives away for free (or in his books) because he wants you to build a $3M business and THEN partner with him to help you scale.
If you are like me trying to build a 7 figure (profit) Coaching / Course & Community business the real game is honing your focus and remembering to keep it simple, because overwhelm is the enemy and all you really need to build this kind of business is....
