Another Monday Down
Today marks a significant milestone: a whole month without “lettuce,” or 31 days to be precise. Throughout this journey, I’ve learned a lot: - I am stronger than I ever imagined - Temptations have proven to be more potent than I had anticipated, especially as I’ve progressed further; for an odd reason I thought it would disappear. - My old life continues to lure me back, but I’ve resisted the urge to succumb to its fascination. - I’ve realized the immense amount of time I have wasted by waiting or thinking I was taking action. - I’ve come to the realization that I possess the capability to achieve anything I set my mind to. - Consistency beats motivation every time. - Discipline beats motivation every time. - Action beats motivation every time. Today was awesome, tomorrow is going to be more awesome, and this week will be the awesomest yet!
I CHEATED TODAY!
Celebrating my official first 20 lbs down in my weight loss journey, I decided to have my first cheat MEAL! A mouth-watering fried chicken sandwich with macaroni and cheese while drinking a glass of FULL SUGAR lemonade! MHMM, MHMMM! Holy macros!!! It felt so good to enjoy the meal without feeling bad or beating myself up. I used to eat greasy, super fatty foods every day; they held me together like super glue. I was only eating once a day and gorging myself because I thought that since it was chicken or meat, it was healthy. But now I can finally say that I have the freedom to choose what I want to eat and when I want to eat it. As long as I choose consistency over everything else, that’s the ultimate game changer in the end. Back to work!

I CHEATED TODAY!
Today’s Review
Had an awesome day today! I got to visit some old friends and catch up! Eat some junk food over great conversations and a few brewskis. Today I also had the realization that I am ahead of my friends in the game of life or some realizations, but I am also behind in others. This is why we are friends, it creates balance. Insight from one leads to another’s growth and vice versa.

My WINS for this Week!
I had an awesome week! I hit a new record of 16 min in the sauna! I lost 2 lbs! I am 14 days sober! My biggest takeaway this week is other people’s negativity and lack of energy is not my responsibility. I do not need to give into their lack of self awareness or projections. #thisismyideallife #iamamagneticforpositiveenergy #herefortheworknow #herefortheinnerwork #hereismywhy

Today after I hopped off the community call I contemplated starting a social media page. I have always wanted to become a paid social media user (not an influencer) or maybe I do truly want to become a influencer because I want to share my journey, my mindset, and my wins (but I will never promote something I do not like and that’s why I dislike the the title of social media influencer) Please join me in my journey.
