Celebrating my official first 20 lbs down in my weight loss journey, I decided to have my first cheat MEAL!
A mouth-watering fried chicken sandwich with macaroni and cheese while drinking a glass of FULL SUGAR lemonade! MHMM, MHMMM! Holy macros!!!
It felt so good to enjoy the meal without feeling bad or beating myself up. I used to eat greasy, super fatty foods every day; they held me together like super glue. I was only eating once a day and gorging myself because I thought that since it was chicken or meat, it was healthy. But now I can finally say that I have the freedom to choose what I want to eat and when I want to eat it. As long as I choose consistency over everything else, that’s the ultimate game changer in the end.
