What a DAY!
Tomorrow is almost here, and today is almost gone. You’ve probably spent your day doing things for others, handling responsibilities, and taking care of business. But before you call it a night, take a moment to ask yourself this important question: “What did I do today to take care of ME?”
Self-care should not be something you do only when you have time left over. Make it a habit to intentionally do something for yourself each day, even if it’s something small. Whether it’s resting, praying, taking a deep breath, enjoying a moment of peace, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down, YOU MATTER, TOO!
Remember, taking care of yourself is not selfish; it’s necessary. So, before this day ends, do something that reminds you that you are just as important as everyone else you care for.
Make self-care a daily habit, and you’ll begin to see yourself as someone who is intentional about LOOKING OUT FOR ME!
Don’t forget, YOU deserve the same care you so freely give to others.
