Women of Worth Making Moves!
Since you are Women of Worth, what kind of MOVES did you make today? Although you may not have thought so but give yourself credit for being the beautiful woman of God that you are. No one else has your DNA, no one else has your fingerprints. You were fearfully and wonderfully made by the hand of God Himself. I’m waiting to hear about at least one move that you made today. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

One MOVE I made today was choosing to give myself credit. I spend a lot of time thinking about what still needs to be done, what I could have done differently, or what’s next. Today, I’m choosing to acknowledge how far God has already brought me. I’m still here, still growing, still serving, still becoming, and still saying YES to God. Sometimes the MOVE is simply refusing to minimize your own progress. Today, I celebrate mine. 💜
What to do with you!
Where are you headed? What are your priorities? What’s holding you back from stepping up to your next? Think about it… I can honestly say, years ago, it was me who held me back. I made myself a priority and self-care became my care!

I’m headed toward the next version of who God has called me to be. My priorities are God, my family, my health and wholeness, my purpose, and being intentional about the assignments He has entrusted to me. What has held me back at times? Me. I can carry so much, keep going, and make sure everybody else is okay while putting Jondahlyn somewhere at the bottom of the list. I’m learning that making myself a priority doesn’t diminish my service to others. It actually allows me to serve from a healthier and more whole place. My next requires me to make room for me too. 💜
Who’s Moving???
Today is the 2nd day of the week. Have you made any moves this week? You may think it wasn’t a MOVE but let me be the judge of that decision. I guarantee if you tell me what you did, there’s no doubt that it was a MOVE. Talk to me Kim, Angelica, Clarice & Faaizah… Let’s Go!

I’m MOVING! One of my moves has been intentionally investing in myself and the next season of my life and leadership. I’ve been working on strengthening how I present who I am, what I carry, and what God has entrusted to me. Sometimes the MOVE isn’t something everybody can see. Sometimes it’s getting clear, getting prepared, and finally making room for what’s NEXT. 💜
Self-Care!
How are you managing your self-care? Also note that self-care is self-love and it’s far from being selfish. How you treat yourself is a testament of how much you love yourself and take care of you. How can you MOVE in the direction of taking good care of you?

I’m learning that self care has to be intentional for me. I naturally pour into so many people, and sometimes I can put myself last without even realizing it. I’m learning that rest, boundaries, quiet time with God, and giving myself permission to simply breathe are also acts of stewardship. My MOVE is to stop treating myself like I have to earn rest. I want to love and care for Jondahlyn with the same grace and compassion I so freely give to everyone else. 💜
