Goal: Build discipline, set the tone for the day💪 Target: 5mins of breathwork a day 🎯(recommend doing it in the morning) What is breathwork?: can be viewed as a form of meditation. Allows you to focus better and get oxygen to the brain.🤔 Simplest way to do breathwork is to sit down close your eyes and focus your breathing inhaling and exhaling.
