Another run done, ran for 22mins, which im really impressed with, as it was my birthday yesterday and I totally over indulged in food and alcohol over the weekend, so I knew not to push myself too much as I know im still dehydrated and it's warm, didn't put too much pressure on myself and took my time and ended up doing more then normal 😂🤔🏃🏼♀️ but its a win so im taking it!
Now its time to get back to healthy eating and cutting right back on the alcohol again, as i know its what makes my food and exercise choices worse.
Meal planning and food shopping this afternoon, then hopefully chill for a little bit in the garden, before im back at tomorrow, Wednesday and friday.
