I walk EVERYDAY I love getting my steps in.
But I need to do more.
I tried running but I feel like I fail every time because I’m not fit enough and get exhausted too quickly. I’m eager to do it. I won’t go to the gym but I’d work out at home.
I want to do a run or exercise tomorrow morning first thing, let’s hope I don’t let that little person in my head win me over to doing NOTHING! 🏋️♂️ 🥳
