I know what it's like to feel disconnected from your own child.
With 25 years experience BCBA/ABA/ESDM and now I'm raising my own autistic child. Even with all my training, I cried in my bathroom more than once thinking, this is so hard at home!
I had the skills, I had the strategies, but what changed everything for me was 15 minutes. I felt too busy, too tired to engage like my therapist brain wanted to, so I shifted. My method helped me build our relationship, grow his communication, and gave me my confidence back.
My mission is to help you experience the same. I'll be honest, I'm still on this journey too. Still learning to care for myself without guilt, practicing staying regulated when it's hard. I'm walking this with you.
