In which country to register your online business

Hello, I am looking for the best country to register my business in, I am an EU-citizen. These are the points that must be taken into consideration:

1) low taxes and assurance

2) easy to enroll without much pushbacks

3)Digital nomad visa for non-resident freelancers and remote workers (not imperative)

Hopefully someone can enlighten me or give me some tips.
