Excited to share my first project! Hiring was eating up 5–8 hours every week, not on actual decision-making, but on manual reviews, messy tracking across tools, and dealing with broken or useless inputs.
So I built a centralized, automated hiring system with structured evaluation and clean data flow, removing the need for manual handling entirely.
Now the client saves 5–8 hours every week, and hiring has become a scalable, predictable process managed entirely form one notion dashboard.
