Leadership Characteristic #2
Integrity in Private and Public! Key Scripture:“The righteous man walks in his integrity…” (Proverbs 20:7) Message:Integrity is the foundation of leadership. It’s not just what people see—it’s who you are when no one is watching. A leader without integrity may gain followers, but she will eventually lose trust. God is not just concerned with your platform; He’s concerned with your purity. Your private life will sustain or sabotage your public life. So make sure your life lives up to what you preach, teach, and represent. When your character aligns with God’s Word, your leadership becomes stable and trustworthy. Reflection Question:Is there any area of my private life that doesn’t align with what I present publicly? Application:Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any hidden compromises and commit to correcting them immediately.

LeadHERship Tip Tuesday!
Ladies, today I want to remind you that leadership in the Kingdom is not about position—it’s about posture. According to Scripture, a true leader reflects the heart and character of God in every area of her life. Week 1: A Servant’s Heart Key Scripture: “Whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant.”(Matthew 20:26) Message: Jesus completely redefined leadership. A true leader is not driven by title, recognition, or applause, but by a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. Servanthood requires humility, patience, and sacrifice. It means showing up even when it’s inconvenient. It means leading with compassion, not control. When you have a heart to serve, God can trust you with influence. Ask yourself this: Am I serving for recognition, or from a place of love and obedience to God? Do I need a pat on the back or are you content with knowing Jesus is pleased? Do you serve for selfish gain or because you enjoy helping others. Practical Application: This week, intentionally serve someone who cannot repay you and privately and without announcement. See how you feel. Recognize what happens on the inside as you reach out and help others.
