Challenges?
What’s your biggest leadHERship challenge? What areas do you have difficulty in?
Who are you leading?
At the end of each week, take inventory. Who did you encourage? Who did you develop? Who did you help move forward? Leadership is influence. If no one is following, growing, or benefiting from your guidance, it’s time to evaluate how you’re leading. The Apostle Paul understood the importance of multiplying leaders: “And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” 2 Timothy 2:2 As leaders, we are called to invest in others, develop others, and help others grow. Leadership is not just about accomplishing tasks—it’s about making an impact in people. This week, ask yourself: Who am I intentionally pouring into? Don’t just measure your success by what you’ve achieved. Measure it by the lives you’ve influenced. Lead with purpose. Lead with impact. Lead someone.

Do you Lead with Confidence?
Leading with Confidence is not believing you can do everything. Confidence is believing that God is with you in everything He has called you to do. Many women hesitate because they feel they need more experience, more approval, or more certainty before stepping out. But biblical confidence comes from knowing who called you; not just what you’re called to do. When God called Esther she didn’t have all the answers. Yet she moved forward because she trusted the One who had placed her in the position she was in. Be bold and confidence in the ONE that you carry on the inside of you. Know that Jesus is with you and He will see you through it. Leadership Truth:Confidence grows through obedience. Every step of faith strengthens your ability to lead boldly. Scripture:“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” — Joshua 1:9 (NKJV) LeadHERship Challenge:Identify one decision, conversation, or opportunity you’ve been delaying because of fear. Take one action step today and trust God with the outcome.

@Samantha Rivera amen!
LeadHERship Tip!
Make decisions, but explain the “why.” A lot of leaders think their job is just to decide and move on. That creates confusion and quiet resistance. When people don’t understand why something is happening, they either disengage or second-guess you. When you take 30–60 seconds to explain your reasoning: - People align faster - They trust you more - They make better decisions on their own next time It also forces you to think more clearly; if you can’t explain it simply, the decision might not be solid yet. Take the time to think it through and break it down so others can follow.

@Theresa Lemieux That is great that you implement this also. Very important for people to understand this concept to lead affectively.
The Power of Small Faithful Steps
Here’s is a key habit I got from the book Atomic Habits by James Clear.i hope you find this a habit you can put in place in your share of influence. Key Principle: Small habits create lasting impact. Many women underestimate the value of consistency because they are looking for big moments. But influence is often built quietly: - praying consistently - showing up faithfully - encouraging others - staying organized - managing emotions well - keeping integrity when no one sees - - Scripture: Zechariah 4:10“Do not despise these small beginnings…” Question: What small habits are shaping the woman and leader God has called you to be?

“Chelsea, this is so good. Choosing prayer over panic and learning to pause before responding are such powerful signs of growth and maturity. I love that you also mentioned resting without guilt — that’s something so many women struggle with. These small habits truly build strong, godly leaders 💛
