Leading with Love
True leadership isn’t measured by position. It’s revealed by how we love people. When we lead with patience, kindness, humility, and compassion, we reflect the heart of Christ. Love builds trust, strengthens teams, and leaves a lasting legacy.
Scripture:
“Let all that you do be done with love.”
1 Corinthians 16:14
Bible Example:
Jesus Christ demonstrated the greatest example of leadership through love. He served His disciples, washed their feet, and ultimately gave His life for others. His leadership reminds us that the strongest leaders are those who choose to serve in love.
