Weekly Faith Talk: Are People Drawn To You?
Grateful day, We had a very engaging and insightful Faith Talk this morning! I’m still amazed at the energy at 6a on a Sundays from participates, THANK YOU! The discussion challenged our thought process around influence and how charisma plays a role. Most people think of charisma as something mystical. They think it’s a quality that comes at birth or not at all. It’s the ability to draw people to you. And like other character traits, it can be developed. Are people naturally attracted to you? If not, it could be because of one of the roadblocks to charisma: 👉🏽 Pride 👉🏽 Insecurity 👉🏽 Moodiness 👉🏽 Perfectionism 👉🏽 Cynicism If you can stay away from these qualities, you can cultivate charisma. What qualities may be preventing your charisma? 👇🏽 Click to listen to REPLAY of today’s conversation. https://www.clubhouse.com/i/weekly-faith-talk/CCUiuzSR

Family, I’m proud to support Regina “The Queen” Fleming — a Seven Star Marathon Finisher who has completed races across the globe and raised thousands for meaningful causes. Her next challenge? Antarctica. Yes — she’s running the last continent. But this isn’t just about miles. ⚠️ This Morning’s Weekly Faith Talk Took an Unexpected Turn
This morning inside Leadership On-Demand’s Weekly Faith Talk, something happened that wasn’t planned. An unexpected interruption occurred in the middle of our discussion. And instead of ignoring it… We addressed it. Directly. Respectfully. But honestly. Because real conversations about faith, leadership, and purpose don’t always happen in perfect environments. Sometimes the moment itself becomes the message. Here’s the reality most communities avoid: Everyone says they want authentic dialogue. Until something uncomfortable happens. Then suddenly people want: • silence • avoidance • politeness over truth But growth rarely happens there. This morning reminded us of something important: Faith isn’t tested when everything is smooth. Faith is tested when disruption shows up in the middle of the conversation. How we respond in that moment… says more about our character than the topic we planned to discuss. One thing I appreciate about this community: People here are willing to engage. Not perform. Not pretend. But engage with honesty and maturity. And that’s rare today. A question for the community: When tension, disagreement, or disruption happens… Do you avoid it… or do you address it with wisdom and leadership? These are the kinds of real conversations that make Weekly Faith Talk meaningful. Not just inspiration. Transformation. If you were in the room this morning, drop your takeaway below. And if you missed it… click link 👇🏽 Make sure you join us next Sunday 6am EST. — TM Hyman https://www.clubhouse.com/room/MOGK3JW7?utm_medium=ch_room_pxr&utm_campaign=9fy8HGeKjWewBVeTxDcxFA-2209351&chs=DwZtJ31D%3Akl3tQ1jEr4oCGvbQYV29S9GeaUYAPJfmYtf5rl__d6o

✝️ First Sunday of March — Faith Talk‼️🙌🏽
This morning’s Faith Talk reminded us of something powerful: Even in a world filled with uncertainty… we stay grounded. From conversations about the potential of war and global tension… to practical strategies like reactivating the email lists many of us have been sitting on — today’s discussion centered on one truth: Distraction is loud, but purpose must be louder. We talked about staying the course when fear, noise, and urgency try to pull us off assignment. Because real leaders don’t panic in chaos. They anchor in faith. They move with clarity. They execute with discipline. Today was about refocusing our minds, strengthening our spirit, and remembering that progress still belongs to those who remain faithful to the work placed before them.
