We need a name, not a committee? Two, what decisions can move without another meeting? Three, where does authority sit when multiple partners are involved? Four, what is the plan when funding, capacity or conditions change? Five, how will we know early that execution is slipping? When nonprofits, public agencies, businesses and funders have to collaborate, you need more than alignment. You need decision clarity. Here is my checklist for a plan that actually executes.
