Hi, I've just uploaded another teaching on the leadership quality of responsibility - such an important part of being a leader who wants to excel. You can't side step it or avoid it - The buck stops....

I've just uploaded a session on Courage. Hope you get blessed by it. Don't forget that extensive notes are available for each topic at the end of each video. Start collecting - at the end of this course if you get hold of each teaching notes you'll gave one of the most comprehensive manuals on leadership available!

How would you define Christian Leadership? What would be three core ingredients to it? Love to know your thoughts!

I've just posted the second video on setting the scene... just a short introduction to what a Christian Leaders is. Next its Integrity....the starting point for becoming a true leader.

A Christian leader should be under the control of the Holy Spirit not in control of people. There is a big difference between the shepherd heart and the shepherds staff/rod. Who we are and what we do need to be consistent with God's heart. The church is not a Limited Company where the leader is the boss, the Christian leader is one who lays his life down for the sheep. What are you thoughts? Any experiences?
