Control
A Christian leader should be under the control of the Holy Spirit not in control of people. There is a big difference between the shepherd heart and the shepherds staff/rod. Who we are and what we do need to be consistent with God's heart. The church is not a Limited Company where the leader is the boss, the Christian leader is one who lays his life down for the sheep.
