Hi, I’m Ms. Ashley Volpe-Prete — an accredited Montessori school founder, principal of 16 years, internationally certified Montessori educator, and certified executive leadership & performance coach working toward PCC accreditation with the ICF.
I’ve spent my career developing leaders of all kinds: educators, families, children, and more recently, other Montessori school owners.
I founded and led a thriving Montessori elementary school for over a decade and later served as Vice Principal in a certified IB World School, where I created a Montessori–IB Kindergarten Program. My work now focuses on supporting Montessori educators and families deepen their leadership, elevate their presence, and create environments where children thrive academically, emotionally, and spiritually.
