I Am In!
We are now at the midpoint. We are in the work. This is your moment to decide: Are you fully in? Or are you still holding back? Think about the version of you we visualized today. That version of you… did they step in fully? If you are committed to becoming that person, your actions now need to match that. Being fully in looks like: - Showing up ready - Engaging on Skool - Commenting, liking, sharing - Posting reflections - Being part of the conversation Reflection: What would you have to get out of the way to fully be who you are committed to becoming? Commitment: Comment below: I Am In :)

@leadershipbyms.Ashley I’ve been active my whole life, always participating in sports even if I wasn’t the fastest. I’ve been going to the local gym since I was in grade 7. At 12 years old my friends and I would spend 2 hours at the gym a couple of times a week working out, doing a steam and sauna circuit… We loved it! I loved it! All the way up until I had my second child. I didn’t know it at the time but looking back it seems to have been when the Hashimotos first began seeping in. It’s also when I lost all desire to work out. It’s not that I didn’t want to, I knew I still loved it but I just couldn’t physically sustain the energy to do it. So I did really light stuff when I could… Walks, jogs, some infrequent runs, reformer Pilates which I actually loved the most, yoga… Still nothing that held the day the way I once performed. Then I hit the wall and had to stop all together. It’s been a full year of walking, that was my limit… I made a decision to start weight lifting, Pilates and yoga again. Nothing crazy… 15-20 minutes a day to start. It’s not the same… My forms all off, my stamina is waaay down… and… It’s my pace for right now. Which I know will grow with time. We gotta start where we are, nourish ourselves the way we see fits. Consistency is the name of the game that I’m playing. What movement did you do today that filled your soul? I’d love to hear about it in the comments 🤍✨ Leadership is patience
