What will shift in my life when I practice body rest more consistently is:
- ongoing nervous system regulation
- Not feeling end-of-day and week exhaustion
- Waking up feeling rested
How is time scarcity impacting your ability to rest right now?
Time scarcity shows up in my thoughts—reminding me of all the things I can be doing.
Instead, I have to remind myself that I deserve rest. This is my time to rest and fill up my cup.
There’s nothing scheduled today for a reason. And so, I’m choosing to affirm:
Everything I want to get done will be at the aligned time.
It’s after 3 pm and I’m now taking the time to reflect and document a day of rest while acknowledging that de-conditioning time scarcity continues to be a practice. 🙃
