Hi, I'm Liza — and I help new managers become the kind of leader people actually want to work for.
I've spent more than 20 years inside one of the most complex management environments there is: the Australian Federal Government. I've led teams, managed people through change, navigated the hard conversations, and learned — often the hard way — what actually works when you're responsible for other humans. Not the theory. The real thing.
My undergraduate degree double majored in psychology, which means I don't just teach you what to do as a manager — I help you understand the why underneath it: why people resist feedback, why boundaries feel so hard to hold, why confidence wobbles right when you need it most.
I've paired all of that with a Graduate Diploma of Education, because I believe leadership is a skill — and skills can be taught, practiced, and mastered. You weren't born knowing how to manage people. Nobody is.
