This could be:
β A performance conversation with a team member
β A clarity conversation with your manager about expectations
β A feedback conversation you've been avoiding
Your 3 actions for Sprint 1 (Days 1β7):
1. Identify the conversation. Drop it in the comments below: "My Sprint 1 conversation is with ______ about ______." (No names β role/situation only.)
2. Prepare it. Before you have it, write down: What outcome do I want? What's the one thing I need to say clearly?
3. Have the conversation. Then come back and report. What happened? What shifted?
This is where clarity starts β not in your head, but in the room.
