Post 3: 🏆 THIS WEEK'S WINS — Week 1
This is your weekly wins thread — and it matters more than you think. In a premium implementation lab, progress is visible. We don't just do the work quietly. We share it, celebrate it, and let it fuel the next person. Here's the rule: No win is too small. A win this week might look like: 🔹 You finally had a tough conversation you'd been avoiding 🔹 You led a meeting differently and people responded 🔹 You set a boundary that needed to be set ◆ You showed up for your first Leadership Hot Seat 🔹 You dropped your Sprint 1 commitment in the community 🔹 You showed up — that's a win too Drop your win below using this format: ✅ WIN: (What happened) 💪 WHAT IT TOOK: (What did you have to push past?) 🔥 WHAT'S NEXT: (What are you building on?) I'll be in the comments celebrating every single one. We lead out loud here. That includes our wins. Drop it below. ⬇️ — Antawn

This week, my win was that a junior leader in my department had to fill in while I was out teaching a leadership seminar. There were several hot items that came up, and that junior member did EXCELLENT! Like a nervous guardian, I gave daily check-ins to make sure they were okay, and after Day 3, there was no need. I couldn't have been prouder. I could have put off this seminar, but I trusted him, and he paid that back threefold. Big win, and now his growth has grown beyond my expectations.
Post 4: 📚 SPRINT 1: One Clear Conversation — Week 1
Welcome to your first Implementation Sprint. Most mid-level leaders have the right ideas. The gap isn't knowledge — it's action. This sprint is designed to close that gap fast. SPRINT 1 OBJECTIVE: Have ONE clear, direct leadership conversation you've been putting off or doing poorly. This could be: → A performance conversation with a team member → A clarity conversation with your manager about expectations → A feedback conversation you've been avoiding Your 3 actions for Sprint 1 (Days 1–7): 1. Identify the conversation. Drop it in the comments below: "My Sprint 1 conversation is with ______ about ______." (No names — role/situation only.) 2. Prepare it. Before you have it, write down: What outcome do I want? What's the one thing I need to say clearly? 3. Have the conversation. Then come back and report. What happened? What shifted? This is where clarity starts — not in your head, but in the room. Drop your Sprint 1 commitment below. Let's go. 🔥 — Antawn

We saw in the Leadership Nuggets that avoidance is "Leadership Procrastination," and is like termites in the foundation. Most people won't notice until the relationship has already been hollowed out.
Post 5: 🧑‍💼 HOW HOT SEATS WORK — Read This First
The Leadership Hot Seat is one of the most powerful parts of this Lab. Here's what it is and how to get the most out of it. WHAT IS A HOT SEAT? A hot seat is a live, coached problem-solving session. You bring a real leadership challenge — we work through it together, in front of the group. Everyone learns, not just the person in the seat. HOW TO SUBMIT FOR A HOT SEAT: Use this simple template in the comments below: 🔹 My Role: (e.g., Team Lead, Manager, Senior Supervisor) 🔹 The Situation: (Brief context — no names) 🔹 What I've Already Tried: (Be honest) 🔹 What's at Stake: (Why does this matter right now?) HOT SEAT RULES: → What's shared in the Lab stays in the Lab → No names of individuals ever → We coach, we don't judge → Everyone watching is expected to engage — that's how we all grow Hot seat calls are posted in the Calendar tab. Show up live when you can. Drop your hot seat submission below or DM me directly. The seat is open. Who's ready? 🎯 — Antawn

This is something I'm very excited to see. Live on the spot coaching is one of my favorite things to do. I'm excited to see your requests.
Post 6: 🧠 Leadership Reflections: Your Most Powerful Weekly Leadership Tool
Most leaders are too busy doing leadership to actually think about it. That's the problem. The best leaders in the world — military commanders, CEOs, coaches- don't just act. They reflect. They pause, process what happened, what they learned, and who they're becoming as a leader. That reflection separates leaders who grow from leaders who grind. That's why I created the Leadership Reflections category. Every week, I'll drop one concept, one idea worth sitting with. Not a lecture. Not a checklist. Just a focused question or principle to help you slow down long enough to think clearly about how you lead. Here's how it works: - Every week, a new reflection drops - Read it, sit with it, then share your response in the comments - There are no wrong answers, only honest ones - The more you engage, the more you grow Leadership development doesn't happen in the classroom. It happens in the moments you stop and ask, " Who am I as a leader, and who am I becoming? Let's find out together. — Antawn

Post 7: Leadership Nuggets of the Month Explained
Each week, there will be a "Leadership Nugget of the Month." What this will give you is a leadership concept paired with a tangible or visual representation to link it to a real-world term. The post will also include a reflection prompt to get you started thinking about the concept beyond the surface level.

Most leaders don’t lack confidence, they lack clarity. I help them fix both and lead out loud. Built from real-world leadership, not theory.
