Here’s the killer prompt to run:

“Go through my calendar for the next 2 weeks. Identify the most time-consuming activities that don’t directly generate revenue. Rank them. Recommend how I can either eliminate, automate, or delegate them within 7 days. Then block dedicated focus time on my calendar around my highest ROI work and suggest coffee shop or environment options where I’ll get the least distractions.”
