Which is the best value for money coldcalling software for a company that just started and have one sales person?

About me: Currently I am the sales representative of my own AI Agency: I do cold calling, appointment setting and closing. In addition to that I also act as a key account manager, meaning that I also support the clients with any requests and recommend other services (upsell, cross-sell) during the whole customer lifecycle.

I don't have any CRM so I would be happy to use a cold calling software where there are functions for things like : organizing contact lists, sales pipeline, auto scheduling follow-up calls, auto dialing, etc.

I know that Jay recommended Phone burner, but I am not sure if its the best value for money for my case.

The monthly expected call minutes for the first few moths would be around 5000 minutes.

What software and subscription tier would you recommend for my specific case?
