Since it's illegal to send cold emails from Brevo, what's the best alternative?

I just found out that sending cold emails via Brevo is against their terms and conditions, essentially making it illegal. This is a big roadblock for my outreach strategy. Can anyone suggest reliable alternatives that are designed for cold emailing and ensure good deliverability while staying compliant?
