quick question about Consulti.io

I’m looking for lead sources, and I checked out Consulti. It looks good to me, but before I purchase the tool, I just wanted to check if anyone can tell me how the lead quality is.

I mean, when I use other lead sources to download lead data, let’s say I download 1,000 leads. Out of those, maybe 300–400 don’t have an email address, and of the remaining 600–700, only around 300–400 have valid emails.

So basically, when I pay for 1,000 leads, I end up with only 300–400 valid email addresses that I can actually use.

I wanted to ask how these numbers look for Consulti. Do you get a higher percentage of leads with valid email addresses, or are the numbers roughly the same as what I mentioned above?
