Sad News about the Resin Shop
Unfortunately I don't have the best news to share today, but with the new duties and taxes that have been introduced, plus the cost of shipping, it is not viable for us to continue going with our resin shop. The cost per kilo to ship and the cost of duties makes the fees more expensive than the product. If you can find your own domestic suppliers of MasterCast 121 resin and Art Spectrum inks, this will be the most economical route I am so sorry about this!
My first and second try
The first picture is my first and the second is my second try . Do you think i should add more turquoise in the second wave ? Thank you Lauren so much for the course , i learned a lot of details regarding the ocean design 🩷

United States Acrylic Inks ??
What are your goto inks for acrylic colors? I see you guys are using art spectrum there in AUS...but I"m looking for a sourcing here in the United States.
First resin project ☺️
After watching many videos and following this awesome course i finally gave it a go. It is not easy to get nice waves with great cells but i will keep trying 😁🌊 I have trouble pushing the waves with my heat gun it looks like it's not pushing hard enough (like on Lauren's videos)... Iam using Justresin ocean cote and justresin white pigment
First resin project ☺️
Help please!
Has anyone experienced this. I am using Mastercast and it does this weird bubbly cloudy texture. The previous resin I used (clearcast) did the same and I read the resin should be warmed before which didn't really make much of a difference so I did not warm this one. 100ml resin/90ml hardener, stirred for 4-5 mins. Thought the cloudyness would disappear as it stood but it didn't. Any advice welcome :)
