At the end of Wed class it really helped to identify spirit energy around and then have your feedback on where/if they were near. I loved the reassurance that spirits were around me and I think it beneficial to practise that more to learn what we are feeling. I feel sensations around my body but dont know what they are/mean. When we scan our aura with our consciousness, are we feeling the aura and not how it feels against/affects the body? During a reading when you say to bring what we see/hear/know down to our solar plexus/center of soul, are we feeling inside the body or in our aura. I feel in my heart mostly, does this mean the solar plexus is blocked?

Is anyone able to open and watch the Sovereignty Ritual? I can't.

I wanted to ask in the class this afternoon, but didn’t get a chance to before we signed off. In regards to spirit guides, Misti, what are your thoughts on a reader telling you who one of your guides is? Backstory: I had an Akashic Reading done and was told that I had a reader guide who was always with me during all of my readings either for myself or when I am reading others. She even gave a name and said she’s been with me for quite some time. I have not tried to connect, yet. At least not that I am actively aware of. I just wanted to get some insight.
