Land Development Lab is where land development gets taught the way it actually happens: raw land to recorded plat to finished product, with real South Texas numbers.
I'm Fernando Estevan, PE, CFM. I engineer subdivisions at M2 Engineering and run FEREST Development Services, where I source land, run feasibility, coordinate entitlements, and carry projects through construction.
This is for anyone serious about the work: engineering students, investors evaluating a land deal, contractors and surveyors who want to own projects, and developers tired of surprises.
Everything in the Classroom and feed is free. Feasibility, drainage, utilities, grading, entitlements, EOPCCs, and the deal side.
When you're ready to move on a real property, FEREST steps in: feasibility studies, layouts and proformas, engineering coordination, and full development management. Members get first access.
