I'm Fernando Estevan, a licensed civil engineer (PE, CFM). I've sourced, acquired, and offloaded raw land — including off-market pieces brought straight to clients — delivered spec homes, and done survey field work. On engineering and permitting, I bring in the best: M2 Engineering and trusted local experts to lock in the right design and move permits fast.
Inside, I teach what I've actually done: feasibility, survey & topo, grading, drainage, utilities, entitlements, and staking — plus the deal and business side.
