Automate LAST
This was such a hard lesson for me.
AUTOMATE LAST.
There are hidden switching and building systems for manual tasks.
I've wasted so much time building systems, then changing them. In short I scaled to early.
Scaling onboarding.
Scaling outbound.
Scaling lead volume.
I should only automate after the manual version works 10/10.
Trust me on this.
Trying to automate stuff I haven't figured out is a nut punch EVERY time.
