Cold Calling With or Without Pricing Comps?
For those experienced cold callers, when you could call people do you already have an idea of what there property might be worth by using services liked PRYCD or do you wait until you receive a warm or hot lead before pulling price data?

Without pricing on the first call for me. The first call is for motivation and condition, price comes after I've comped it properly. Quoting numbers cold is how you overpay or lose trust.
