Hi KTP Community, In case you missed it, 100 Days of Daily Dose with Dupé is complete 🎉 Congratulations @Dupé Aleru well done! I have been eagerly following the journey and formulating my content strategy on the sidelines. Key take away for me is that execution trumps any lessons or support from a coach or a course. You Just have to trust the process, get started, iterate along the way. Will I do the 100 day Youtube challenge??? I can officially finally say yes. I have decided that I will pre-record long form content that will be broken down into 1-2 min shorts to be uploaded each day. I will use this 100 Day Shorts campaign to gather intelligence on how my message, brand and approach lands. Like Dupé I am going to adopt an iterative approach and lead by example as I build my community on Youtube. This Youtube challenge will act as a test run to fine tune my video strategy for LinkedIn. When??? I will start recording videos every Saturday and Sunday the entire month of June. The daily uploads will start the first day of summer (June 21st) and I will post a short every day until the fall equinox (Sept 22nd). I’m calling it my Summer Shorts Challenge. Hi everyone, one of my products in the Stan Store is my Visibility Unlocked Masterclass for women. I decided to do the masterclass with a founding cohort. It includes 5 LIVE sessions along with a course portal (my first course in GoHighLevel). We just completed the last session, and now I'm getting feedback from my founding cohort on what adjustments I need to make. I also requested written and video testimonies from the participants. I did not charge the founding cohort (women whom I know and trust will give me honest feedback). After I take in all of the feedback and make adjustments, I feel more confident in offering this product. It was a heavy lift (recording videos for the portal every week, and drip-feeding content weekly), but it was worth it to see the transformation at the end. Whew!

It's been 44 days since posting a daily video on YouTube (long-form). I'm starting to feel very comfortable showing up daily and trusting me to share from a place of experience. This week a few videos performed better than the past two weeks. I noticed when you share from "experience" and not from a place of an "expert", people are more prone to want to follow your journey an engage. I've changed the tone in my videos from expert to "I'm still learning" and it actually feels more natural, relatable, and freeing! Just thought I'd share. 🫶🏾
