PME / PMDD
My girlfriend struggles with severe pmdd, depression and anxiety.. she’s 36 and been on ssri’s since she was 15. They always work for a bit and then stop then they have to switch her meds again.. I’m really curious about any research in the peptide /bio regulator /mitochondrial space to help. (Reading a bit about this it seems that it could have to do with a metabolite of progesterone that messes with gaba and destabilizes mood) open to any help or personal experiences that could help)
