Missed doses
My TS missed 2 doses as of this past Monday. Was dosing at 40 mg GPL2 (Tir) 50 units. Just received 60mg. What should dose be?

@Robin Kimbrough suggestion to use peptide calculator first https://pepdose.com/](https://pepdose.com/) If using 2ml (200 units) Bac Water to 60mg vial and you want to continue with 10mg dose, you’d inject 33 units .
advice
I am seeking advice regarding my weight loss progress. For almost three years, I was administered Semaglutide and initially achieved a significant weight loss of 50 pounds. However, It began to be to experience a plateau, and way to expensive prompting me to investigate alternative options. Over the past six months, I have been conducting research. Upon initiating Reta i started at a low dose and worked up to 2 mg per week, I experienced an initial weight loss of 8 pounds within the first two weeks, but subsequently regained the weight. I had someone recommend that i start Tesamorelin, I gained an additional 12 pounds. Currently, I am struggling to understand the cause of my weight loss plateau, as I am adhering to a healthy diet and engaging in daily walks of 2 to 3 miles. Recently, I increased my Reta dosage to 5 mg, and they suggested i start cargi but have yet to experience weight loss. Considering my medical conditions, including lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, Hyperthyroidism, fibromyalgia, and menopause, I am seeking advice on potential additional steps. I am on medications to ret to control my health issues. am also receiving lipo-c-B12 injections and have previously tried Mots-C. Do you have any suggestions?

@Tabitha Clark Tesa will cause fluid retention systemically (think vascular volume) but once stop cycle, it will come off about 3 days later- personally I used Rx hydrochlorothiazide from my PCP every other day for b/p and it helped keep the gain to no more than 2-3lbs. Adding Cag is only needed if you have food noise - so if appetite isn’t problem, don’t waste $ there. Reta is a weird one - you lull and then it goes to work (some say it hits at night because of the glucagon burn that continues during sleep cycle). Ensure eating a few carbs - they’re not the devil lol - but body will protect its set point if senses that it’s being starved (long stall period). Here’s to continued researching!
GHK-Cu TREATS MELASMA HYPERPIGMENTATION!
One of my gorgeous groupies gave me permission to share these before and after pics. She has been dealing with Melasma hyperpigmentation for years. Nothing she has tried has worked. GHK-Cu topical and injections for just 8 weeks has made such a drastic difference! She even has new hair growing in! 😊👏🏻 Her regimen: 50mg GHK-Cu + 3mLs of bac water 6 units every night for 8 weeks Topical GHK-Cu added to serum twice a day for 8 weeks

@Kelli Trapp I noticed added dry GHK-Cu to thick base cream will actually thin it - I’ve even had it turn my serums to be more watery even though only added dry product- I wouldn’t recon the vial because it’s going to make more liquid (I’ve ruined a whole serum bottle before as wasn’t aware it could do this). Let me know if by chance you had better luck with yours?
