Greetings. I hope that everyone is fine and safe. I wanted to share a win. I have been able to get a co-op student who is enrolled in a local post-secondary school's Broadcasting - Film, Television, New Media and Radio to handle video editing for the next two months. This will allow me to focus more on livestreaming and business development. Don't be afraid to ask for help from local colleges and universities programs and their students. The students need the experience. It also allows to get some of your time back.

Sometimes, we overthink and overanalyze. Instead of worrying about likes on social media, I checked the analytics on our streaming platform and I was amazed. Even when engagement is quiet, listeners are showing up. It reminded me that not all support is loud, some is silent but strong. I took a snap shot video, attached in this post ! I am so thankful for this community and the content being shared. Application of what I have been learning has led to more client jobs. This has kept me on the move a lot more lately.
