Hey folks. I've been working with Google - NotebookLM. On Coaching with Kirk live-show yesterday Kirk asked me to post how I use it. So, in my private practice as a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, I read a lot of scientific research articles which can each be 15-25 or more pages easily. I'm used to reading and skimming through them to get the relevant info, but just noticed that Adobe has an ai summary feature. I took the summary and put it into NotebookLM. Here are some assets that it gave me from research on millet to lower cholesterol, blood pressure and for weight loss. Amongst other things it created an original video, podcast, mindmap, infographics, a slideshow presentation, 10 question quiz, flashcards. All of which can be delved into further on Gemini when highlighted. I'm sure your creative juices can get flowing for all sorts of video, audio and written content on and off of social media!

Hey Family. I have a 30 mm lens and I think it is not the right size for my home office. I’m in a small bedroom and when I set it up it looks like I’m right on top of the camera even though I’m about 6 feet away from the camera. I wanted to know if I had the right lens for this size room. Any insight would be appreciated.
