💚 P4P Training: “The Doors are FINALLY Open!” …
@Shelly Phillips wrote an excellent Action Post yesterday!!
Her title gives us something to celebrate. Then she takes us straight into a moment a business owner can recognize…
A happy customer says something wonderful. It lands in a voicemail or at the bottom of an email. When it’s time to share that praise, it’s gone.
We can see the problem. We can understand the fix. And we know exactly where to click.
With Shelly’s permission, let’s use her Praise Patch post to learn how our Posting for Profit cycle works here in KPP. 💚
What makes this a strong Action Post?
Shelly shows us what happens when someone uses her offer.
One link.
Ninety seconds.
A customer can talk or type without creating an account.
She also answers questions that might make someone pause.
Who sees the review first?
Does it go public right away?
What happens to the customer’s privacy?
Then she gives us a clear next step, a founding member code and a reason to act while those spots are available.
That’s the job of an Action Post. Make the offer clear and invite someone to take the next step.
Have something to offer?
You can start there!
Personal promotions are welcome once a member reaches Level Three. Your first post can be an Action Post.
We’re learning this together. Post your post and I’ll identify where it fits in the cycle. I may also ask permission to use it as a teaching example, just as Shelly has kindly allowed here.
Before posting another offer, move through the other three phases, Attention, Interest and Desire.
You can spend time in those phases and revisit them as often as you like. Keep answering comments, asking questions and having conversations along the way.
Someone takes the time to reply.
You reply back.
Another member joins in.
Soon, people are learning about each other and finding reasons to connect.
Exactly what we want to grow here.
No posting and ghosting. 💚
What could those next three posts look like?
We’re taking a little stab in the dark here! We only know what Shelly shared in this one Action Post. These examples are starting points she could shape around her own voice and customers. The free guide below is an idea she could create.
👀 Attention:
This post stops the scroll.
A trending topic can open the door.
For Shelly, the conversation about AI and fake reviews connects directly to customer trust.
Give people something they can feel and respond to.
Here’s an example:
Five stars, but I’m wondering if anyone actually bought it.
Honestly, this makes me mad.
I’m about to spend money I worked hard to earn. I’ve read the reviews to feel more sure about my choice.
Then comes that little knot in my stomach…
“Did a customer write this? Or did someone ask AI to make it sound convincing?”
And somewhere, the business owner who has poured her heart into serving people has real praise getting questioned too.
What makes you trust a review now? And what makes you close the page?
🙋‍♀️ Interest
This post makes the right person think, “Yes. That’s me.”
Zoom in on one moment. Show what happens, what it costs and why it matters.
Here’s an example.
“You gave me my confidence back.”
A customer says it at the end of a call.
The business owner goes quiet for a second. Her eyes sting. After the long hours and the days she questioned herself, those words mean something.
A month later, she sits down to update her website.
She remembers that call. Those exact words would help explain what her work makes possible.
But the call wasn’t recorded.
The customer’s words never made it into an email. Her fingers hover over the keyboard.
How does she ask for that moment again?
Has a customer ever said something about your work that you wish you had saved?
😍 Desire
This post helps someone see one piece of what makes your approach different and why it matters.
Then it points to a free offer so they can experience a little of that value.
For Shelly, we can spotlight the choice to speak or type without an app, account or password. That gives us one piece of her approach to explore.
Here’s an example.
The words came easily.
Then the blank box appeared.
A customer finished the call smiling.
“That was exactly what I needed. I feel like I can breathe again.”
Then an email arrives asking for a testimonial.
She opens it. Stares at the empty box. Types a few words. Deletes them.
“I want to do this properly. I’ll come back when I have more time.”
The lovely thing she wanted to say becomes another unfinished task.
That moment matters.
With Praise Patch, a customer can tap one link and talk for ninety seconds, leave a voice note or type. No app to download. No account to set up. No password to remember.
There’s room for her to say it in the way that comes most easily.
Want to make that first request feel easier too? I’ve put together a free guide with three simple questions to help a happy customer share what mattered most.

💚 Action
Now comes the invitation to buy, book or join.
Shelly’s launch post shows us the problem, the solution and the next step.
An offer like Praise Patch belongs in 💚 Action → Wealth, with a title beginning with 💚 followed by the product name or a clear description.
Each phase gives us a different way to connect.
Attention starts a conversation.
Interest helps someone feel understood.
Desire shows a piece of your approach and offers a free next step.
Action invites them to become a customer.
Start where you are. Keep the conversations going. Complete the other three phases before sharing your next offer.
Thank you, Shelly, for letting us learn from your post and celebrate what you’ve built! 🌿
