For a long time, if I felt overwhelmed, off, or unsettled ā
my first instinct was to figure out how to get out of it quickly.
But lately, Iām realizingā¦
Sometimes those feelings arenāt the problem.
Theyāre just a signal that something in me needs:
šæ rest
šæ space
šæ or to feel safe again
And instead of pushing through or overthinking itā¦
Iāve been learning to slow down and just sit with God in it.
No pressure.
No performance.
Just⦠being. š¤
